Project Overview
A sector-targeted website with ongoing SEO, Google Ads, and social media management for Protect Canopies, a UK manufacturer of modular canopy systems and covered walkways. The project required a comprehensive digital strategy to reach multiple industries including education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

Understanding the problem
Protect Canopies had developed a genuinely innovative product, offering modular canopies that require no groundworks and can be installed in hours rather than weeks. However, their online presence was not doing this unique selling point justice. They serve a range of very different sectors, from schools and hospitals to prisons and commercial properties, and needed a website that could speak to each audience without diluting the core message. Beyond the website, they needed a multi-channel digital strategy to reach decision-makers across these diverse sectors.
Our Approach
How we tackled it
We designed a clean, professional website with dedicated sector landing pages so that each target audience could immediately see relevant case studies and benefits tailored to their industry. The homepage leads with the key differentiators, namely no groundworks, rapid installation, and competitive pricing. We then built a comprehensive SEO strategy targeting sector-specific keywords, launched Google Ads campaigns to capture high-intent search traffic from procurement teams, and developed a social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile to showcase completed installations and build brand awareness.
The Results
The impact we made
The integrated approach transformed Protect Canopies' ability to win business online. The sector-specific pages combined with targeted Google Ads allowed campaigns to drive traffic to relevant landing pages, significantly improving conversion rates. SEO delivered sustained organic growth across key terms, while the social media presence on Instagram and Pinterest helped showcase the visual impact of their installations to architects and project managers. Enquiries for free site surveys increased considerably across all channels.
